Good morning my loves!!
Lets go with a health post, not a bikini operation or anything very concrete, but taking care, eating right, and exercising.
As I told you, I’m can’t stop eating pizzas and fast food in general, so I thought I needed help to stop it!
I have seriously started now, I have informed myself and have started at the gym and I’m working with a nutritionist, both will be looking out for me to achieve it, which is what I need! It’s hard to believe, isn’t it? … But hey, there are people who are super capable and people that are a disaster, for this I’m a mess and if I see a plate of macaroni with sausages and a salad next to it, I’m not able to choose the salad…
When snaking I eat chocolate or biscuits or whatever there is … I am lucky as I’m naturally thin, but I’m not strong which is what I’d like, not grossly strong but toned, shaped glutes and legs … now I’m actually the opposite and even worse after giving birth, of course. I do not want to be flaccid and unhealthy anymore, I’m nearly 30 so it’s over!
So taking into account that health is the most important, you really have to get serious with it. I was recommended a nutritionist,Noel, which is an advanced dietary technician. He worked consulting the ex- president of the Spanish Celiac Association, and has 3 years of experience working with over 1,000 people.
He works with a balanced diet, with normal food from the supermarket, no unnatural products etc, which I think is perfect.
He will check on me weekly, and will support me constantly through whatssapp or email for questions!

Eating healthy doesn’t mean eating just lettuce and fish, eating healthy means eating everything; rice, pasta, vegetables, etc… a diet that will meet our daily energy needs. I am very happy because I can eat everything and in large amounts, in fact sometimes I eat too much, but it’s great because it’s not a diet in which you starve, which I obviously don’t need, everyone has a different metabolism, I’m thin but I don’t eat well or sport. I’M LYING !! STARTING THIS WEEK I’M ANOTHER PERSON !! WE WILL SEE THE IMPROVEMENT PROCESS TOGETHER !! I took a picture of the “before” and in two months we will see the after … we’ll see …

This is the Diet I’m working with, super normal as you can see.
Coffee with milk 4 whole grain toasts with low fat cheese and sugar-free jam + orange
MID MORNINGS AND MID EVENINGS (SNACKS)
2 whole bread toasts + cream cheese + smoked salmon 40gr + 4 nuts 15gr
Macaroni with tuna and tomato sauce (50g + 2 Natural raw tuna paste and tomato sauce) + pineapple
Pumpkin puree, leek and celery + chicken breast 150gr
• DRINK 2 LITRES OF WATER + 2 HORSE TAIL INFUSIONS
• USE SALT
• USE CINNAMON EVERY DAY
• DRINK RED TEA HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DOING EXERCISE
• USE APPLE VINEGAR
• USE LEMON ON FISH
