Hello world!!
As you know (and as many of you are) I am getting ready to get the best body possible for the summer, in my case, I’m recovering from pregnancy and my goal is to be how I was before, but a bit more toned!
To achieve it, I’m going to the gym every day, sometimes at very strange hours, but it’s when I have time, and every effort has it’s reward, and the same goes for food… if I go hard in the gym and then I eat a chorizo pizza, it’s not cool…
So I’m going to tell you a bit about my routine, which as you know, I’m respecting a lot and working with Noel, my nutritionist (I’ve talked about him in my last post) in case you are interested! I’m finishing editing a video I filmed the other day about ideas of exercises for buttocks and legs!
On the other hand, I’m starting to like cooking and eating healthy! I’ll have to show you some recipes! I have a book written by my mother on all the recipes we’ve always done at home, and I want to try them aladvisesmake some videos!
I want a lot of things, and I’m achieving them gradually! So I hope you keep having a look every day and having fun with my posts.
If any of you get into my gym, let me know! We’ll go together! That gives greater motivation!
